Mr. Lombard began his career with Mutual of New York in 1979, where he designed and administered database systems and IT departmental budgets. Moving to IBM, he worked on database capacity planning and design, and IT systems software procurement. In 1994, Mr. Lombard joined Tropicana International (a division of PepsiCo), handling contract negotiations and vendor relationships in the U.S. and Europe. While managing senior buyers and planners, IT, telecommunications and European systems for Tropicana, Mr. Lombard was also heavily involved with the company’s national energy management contracts and headed the M/WBE Supplier Diversity Program. Moving into the public sector, he worked for Florida’s Sarasota County, managing procurement and contracts for the county’s IT systems and sourcing, mass transit system, and building projects. |

Since 2002, Mr. Lombard has led the development of a new international competency center for The Estee Lauder Companies, encompassing an international acquisition process. Mr. Lombard also holds responsibility for budget and administration of IT Risk Management; and standardizing professional services contracts in the U.S., U.K. and Central Europe. |

Having earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and his Juris Doctor from Kaplan University, Mr. Lombard studied Contract Law and Sourcing Practice at George Washington University and Risk Management Education with the Insurance Institute of America. He is a member of the National Contracts Management Association and the Institute for Supply Management. |
