He has held positions of Vice President, CIO, Regional Director and Management Consultant in major technology based corporations (e.g., Sprint, GTE, COMSYS).

Mr. Dotson's experience includes developing strategic and tactical business plans, contract negotiations, human resources, operational and technology management. Additionally, Mr. Dotson has extensive experience in successfully leading large scale software development projects, both onshore and offshore.
