| Contract Services are provided by first becoming familiar with client expectations, exercising appropriate processes during the sourcing stage and managing the submittal, interviewing and on-boarding processes based on the client needs. |

| Permanent staffing requests are normally processed in the same manner as Contract Services Sourcing and On-Boarding steps. Additionally, ACM’s Staffing Services Group will advise clients on salary trends, best skill mix for each position and relative degree of difficulty in the sourcing plan.
